How We Can Help

We have thousands of fully working Chromebooks in a variety of cosmetic conditions. Due to supply constraints, we’ve categorized them by standard specs that are great for use with Google Classroom, VPN’s, Virtual Desktop Environments, or general internet browsing.

Important Information

Please note, you will NOT be able to select the manufacturer or model type when ordering (Chromebooks have almost all the same features). With the market volatility & supply constraints, we can only guarantee that we get you a working Chromebook in the condition, or data storage amount that you choose.

For Example: If you purchase 3 Chromebooks, you may receive 1 Lenovo N21 & 2 Asus C200’s

How Does It Work

• Step 1: Select storage & condition: 2G or 4G, see below for conditions.

• Step 2: Check out and pay by credit card. 

• Step 3: We will process your order and get it shipped as fast as possible so your student or employee can get back online.

Device Condition Definitions

Devices sold on the Tech Defenders Outlet are pre-owned/used, come with an adapter, and typically contain scratches, dings, & dents, but are fully functional. 

• Average Used Condition: (view full description here)

  • Device(s) is fully functional & fully useable

  • Normal signs of wear & tear

  • May have signs of screen wear or minor LCD imperfections

  • May have minor cracks (model dependent) on housing (they are plastic!)

• Poor Used Condition: (view full description here)

  • Device(s) is fully functional & fully useable

  • Moderate to heavy signs of wear throughout the device

  • Likely will have LCD bright spots or other imperfections

  • Likely will have missing and/or severe dings, dents, cracks on the housing 

Shipping Times:

Due to COVID-19 uncertainty, processing time may be delayed, but we are working around the clock to keep your students/employees connected. Your purchase includes ground shipping (5-7 days in transit after it leaves our facility in Michigan).

Devices Purchased through this program are sold as-is. Returns will not be accepted for any cosmetic reason. If you receive a non-functioning device, please email [email protected] with your order number and we will remedy the issue as fast as possible.
